What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form (name, company, email, phone, quantity, order details, notes) and any files you upload, such as drawings or photos. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your request, quote your job, build your parts, and contact you about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information or drawings with anyone for marketing.

Your drawings

Uploaded files are stored on our private server, outside the public website, and in our business email. They are used only to quote and produce your parts. If you need an NDA in place before sending a print, email us first.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by GoDaddy, and our email is provided by Fastmail. They process data on our behalf to run those services.

Retention and deletion

We keep quote requests as business records. To have your information or files deleted, email dkubic@bendingdynamics.com.
