Pre-plated hydraulic tubing: the plating is done before we bend.
We build from steel tube that's already zinc-aluminum coated, so your finished parts don't need a separate trip to a plater.

In our experience, sending bent tube out for plating added at least 2 weeks and $3–10 per tube, depending on the part. Pre-plated tube removes that step. Every handoff you remove is one less place for lead time to slip, parts to get damaged, or a second invoice to show up.
The tube
Seamless low-carbon steel hydraulic tube to SAE J524, coated with zinc-aluminum by the tube mill before it ships to us. Chrome VI-free.
What we do with it
We cut, deburr, bend, install nuts and sleeves, flare, cap, and label. The coating is already on the tube, so the finished part ships ready to install.
